What data we access and why.

We only access the accounts you authorize, and every permission maps to a feature you can see in the dashboard.

You control access

Disconnect the account in the LogChain dashboard or remove the permission in the platform's settings. Access is revoked and the stored data is deleted.

DATA AND SECURITY

We only access what you authorize.

Data from each platform is used solely to provide these features to the account owner, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and each platform's developer terms.

Official login (OAuth)

Authorization happens on each platform's own website. You choose the accounts and permissions; we never receive your password.

Encrypted tokens

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only for the accounts our customers explicitly authorize.

Never sold or shared

Platform data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or any other purpose unrelated to the service.

Disconnect and delete

Disconnecting revokes access and deletes the stored data. Deletion requests can also be sent by email.
